What is this service? I suppose you can call it match-making for want of a better term. We prefer to call it efficient estate agency. That is, understanding what our clients want and simply aiming to provide it.
We are working with high numbers of sellers and are therefore in a perfect position to know who are looking to sell but are not currently on the market. Off Market Introductions is very simple. It is establishing exactly what you are looking for from your next home and matching those requirements to a property who’s seller is looking for a home just like yours. In effect, a house swap.
We understand that in a market with a shortage of stock there is a huge number of sellers and buyers that are active and motivated yet hesitant and most relevantly, anonymous.
Our Off Market Introductions aims to get this side of the market moving. Imagine if you were looking to upsize but there was nothing on the open market to upsize to. Now also imagine there was someone looking to downsize but there was nothing for them to downsize to.
